If the car lives in a garage or a covered carport, the Indoor Cover + Case is right: super stretch with a built-in velvet lining, breathable, and cheaper. If it sits on a driveway or anywhere open, take the Outdoor: water resistant, with a highly reflective outer that blocks UV rays. The Indoor cover is not for use in rainy weather and we won't sell it to you as if it is.

Not in the rain. It's a super-stretch cover with a built-in velvet lining, built for garages, carports and undercover parking, and it is not for use in rainy weather. For anything exposed, the Outdoor Cover + Case is the correct product.

The risk with any cover is grit trapped underneath, so wipe the car down before fitting and shake the cover out between uses.

We swap it and cover freight both ways. We think fit is where a car cover most often goes wrong, so we'd rather carry that cost than leave you with something that doesn't sit right.

Only ever fit a cover to a dry car. The fabric breathes, but no cover should go over a wet vehicle. That's true of every cover on the market, not just ours.

It is cut to the same car's pattern, with the same personalisation, and costs less than buying it on its own: the box shows the exact price for your design. Each cover comes with its own storage case in the colour you choose. No. It fits most cars and is not cut to a vehicle, so there is no vehicle step when you order it. You choose a size, a colour, and personalisation if you want it. It comes in two sizes: 6 × 9 m for sedans, SUVs and most utes, and 5 × 8 m for hatches, small cars and low sports coupes. The 6 × 9 m is the one we recommend for dealerships. Large US pickups and vans may be too big for either. That is the difference between it and the covers: the Indoor and Outdoor covers are cut to your vehicle's pattern.

The preview on the product page is what you approve: the size, position, finish and colour you choose there are recorded on your order, and that's what we make. Every logo and every line of text is also checked by a person before anything is made, to confirm you have the right to use it and that it can be printed or embroidered. If your artwork can't be made as uploaded, we'll email you before we make anything.

No. The preview shows a typical car of your car's body type (a sedan, hatch, wagon, coupe, SUV or ute) so you can see your colour and where your logo or text sits. Your cover is cut to your own car's pattern, not to the car in the preview. Colours are shown as closely as a screen allows. The Showroom Reveal isn't cut to a car: its preview shows an SUV for the 6 × 9 m and a hatch for the 5 × 8 m.

No. Manufacturer marks are trademarked and reproducing them would be counterfeiting. We're happy to print or embroider your name, initials, number plate, business logo or car club crest where you hold the rights.

A name, initials, a number plate, a model designation, your business logo, or your car club's crest with the club's approval. Printed is a smooth, flat finish and prints a logo in full colour, exactly as uploaded; embroidered is stitched thread with a raised finish, with the thread colours matched to your artwork. Text comes in one of twelve colours: White, Oat, Silver, Charcoal, Black, Gold, Tan, Red, Burgundy, Navy, Royal Blue and Racing Green. You upload artwork or type your text on the product page when you order, and set its size and position in the preview. If your artwork can't be made as uploaded, we'll email you before we make anything.

No. Every colour is the same price (twelve on the Indoor cover, six on the Outdoor, forty on the Showroom Reveal), because colour costs us nothing at the mill. A printed or embroidered logo or text is the only paid extra. A storage case in your colour comes included with every cover.

The Indoor Cover + Case: machine wash warm (40 °C), tumble dry, medium iron (max 150 °C), or dry clean (PCE only). Shake it out between uses so grit isn't trapped underneath.

No, we don't run volume discounts. The one exception is both covers for the same car: an Indoor and an Outdoor together cost less than bought apart, and the cover pages show the price for your design.
